This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry forms on this website.

What I collect

Only what you choose to tell me: your name, email address and, if you like, your phone number and the details of the trip you're planning.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and book your trip. I won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by this website's host, Netlify, Inc., and forwarded to my email. Netlify acts as a data processor on my behalf.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@example.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
